Refund Policy

At Coastal Event Production, we strive to provide exceptional AV rental and event production services, and our refund policy ensures clarity in all transactions. Cancellations made 10+ days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund (with a 20% non-refundable booking fee), while those made 7-9 days prior qualify for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event receive a 50% refund, and those within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the event date. Clients may opt to reschedule instead of cancel, with the full amount applied as a credit toward a future rental (valid for 6 months, subject to availability). Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days, with any applicable transaction fees deducted. Coastal Event Production is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue closures but may offer a rental credit at our discretion. All rentals are provided “as-is”, and we assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to equipment use. The renter is fully responsible for the proper use, care, and return of all rented equipment, with damage, loss, or theft subject to additional fees. Coastal Event Production reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with updates posted on our website. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy and legal disclaimer.
