A legal disclaimer

By booking services with Coastal Event Production, you agree to these terms and conditions. All AV rentals and event production services require full payment at booking, with a security deposit required for certain equipment. Payments are accepted via credit card, ACH, business checks, or digital payment platforms (PayPal, Venmo, etc.), and the renter is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. Cancellations made 10+ days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund (20% retained as a non-refundable fee), those made 7-9 days prior receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee, 3-6 days prior receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted based on availability, with the full amount applied as a credit valid for 6 months. The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper use and return of rented equipment, with damage, loss, or theft subject to repair or replacement fees. Coastal Event Production is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and all rentals are provided “as-is” without warranties. Outdoor events must have proper weather protection, and cancellations due to severe weather, government restrictions, or venue closures are non-refundable but may receive a rental credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
